About the Journal
Annals of Clinical and Biomedical Science Research (ACBSR) is an official publication of the University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital, Ondo City, Nigeria. ACBSR is an outlet for research scientists in areas of Sciences and Health. It is an open access, peer-reviewed, biannual online journal with the main goal to provide research and its applications related to health sciences which include Biology, Medicine, Medical Education, Physiotherapy, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Nursing.
Journal Scope: Clinical Research is generally related to the effectiveness and testing of medications, diagnostic products, medical devices and treatment procedures for human use. These can be used for the treatment of diseases, prevention, diagnosis or for relief. There are many widespread diseases and ailments, which makes it important to conduct clinical research trials for the field of pharmaceutics.
However, Biomedical Science Research includes the articles from different areas such as Biology, Developmental Biology, Genetics, Computational Studies, Biophysics, Immunology, Translational Medicine, Biomedical Research, Biomedicine, Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Informatics, Biomedical Diagnostics, Biomedical Ethics, Biomedical Therapy, Biomedical Systems, Biomedical Technology, Medical Research, Clinical Research, Physiology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Personalized Medicine and Surgical Instrument Disciplines.
ACBSR will publish peer-reviewed original research articles, reviews and short communications in the mentioned broad research areas. Contributions will be drawn from these disciplines, often in combinations determined by interdisciplinary study.

Review Process
The article is first assessed by the managing Editor. If it is considered okay for peer-review, it is checked for plagiarism. Then, it is sent to reviewers for double-blind peer-review. At least two reviewers must recommend acceptance before the articles are accepted for publication. Before publication, all accepted articles are sent to the Editorial Board Members for further assessment and final decision. It takes about three months from manuscript submission to acceptance.

As an open access journal, published content is retained and owned by the author(s). Authors retain the right to use their work for educational and non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, and adaptation of published material require written permission from the journal. Requests for permissions should be directed to the Editorial Office.
